Return Policy & Order Cancellations

Products purchased on-line through the MariposaGarden.com internet site are living plants. We take pride in sending only the best plants that we carefully package and mail. Due to the various nature of living plants, all sales are final. If your package arrives damaged, your claim will be with the U.S. Postal Service. Please retain packaging and bill of lauding to file your claim. Water your plant and let it rest one day after receiving it, then immediately pot it. Like all other professional growers, we do not offer warranty. If there are any problems with your plant when you receive it, contact us within 4 days. It is up to you to provide the plant with the conditions it needs to grow. You may cancel your order at no charge if your order has not been shipped. Once it is shipped, all sales are final.
